TIC Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 28 169 939 619) trading as Circlestone ("we", "us") handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Our site has no forms and no accounts. We only collect personal information if you email us: your email address, name and anything you choose to include. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and aren't sent to us.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Applications go to our partners, not us
When you click through to apply, you leave our site. Anything you enter goes to LoanOptions.ai or FundTap, not to us, and their own privacy and credit reporting policies apply. They may tell us whether a referral settled and its amount, so we can be paid our referral fee.
How we use and share it
- To reply to you and keep records of our referral fees
- Our email provider (Google) stores email on its servers, which may be outside Australia, including in the United States
- Anyone we're required or authorised to disclose to by law
We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for direct marketing unless you've asked us to.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and for business and tax record-keeping (generally up to 7 years), then delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first; we aim to respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
